Temperature recorder

The TR 4C-1M is the first system combining the record and the temperature certification of a frozen product transportation as well as the respect of the cold chain. The 2 copies of the report (one for the customer and one for the carrier) give the average temperature hour per hour and all the possible alarms from the departure up to the arrival.

The TR4C-1M recorder has been designed to solve the transport certification, it complies with the DMN 493 norm of 9/25/95 and also the HACCP regulation concerning the respect of the cold chain of a fresh or frozen product transportation.

This is also the best way to guarantee the transportation and to avoid any litigation between a customer and a supplier of a perishable product.

Characteristics

The TR4C-1M includes the following components :

·         the recorder , including a 4 digits LED display, in which temperature of the probes and time are shown successively.

·         a printer.

·         an Alarm signal (LED + Sound).

·         a keyboard to set the alarm level and all the user definable parameters.

The central unit collects all the data coming from the 4 temperature probes, allowing , using an extra connector, to control eventually the safety fridge generator on the truck.

The temperature probes with active sensors are delivered with variable length from 1 to 15 m.

Specifications

·         Easy to use, user definable parameters (date, time, alarm min & max level (0.5°C resolution), measurement frequency (1 to 20 min), travel starting point….), all data are downloadable to a PC via RS232 Port.

·         Reports : average temperature hour per hour from the beginning of the travel, min & max temperature hour per hour from the beginning of the travel, all the measured temperature during the travel, full Travel report (date & time of departure, average temperature hour per hour,
all alarms (temp out of limits), date & time of the end of the travel (printed in bold)).

·         The TR4C-1M record all eventual anomalies (Power supply, Probe… ), and the date .

·         Power Supply : 12 to 30 V cc ; 500mW with recorder and display off, 10 W with printer and display on.

·         Memory capacity : 8000 measurements.

·         Measurement frequency : User definable : 1,2,3,4,5,6,10,15,20 min.

·         Temperature Range : -55° C / + 125°C.
