The manager of the coagulation
The
Optigraph has been developed in partnership with the INRA (LGMPA, lab. G.
CORRIEU) to define coagulation characteristics in the laboratory,
especially to answer the needs of cheese makers.
On
the request of cheese makers for a new type of instrument to replace
former old generation Formagraph, YDD has developed a fully
computerized system to monitor coagulation in ten 10-ml cuvettes of milk.
Based on the measurement of Near Infrared signal, the Optigraph is calculating in real time all the parameters required for the process : coagulation time, and all the information about the evolution of the curd firmness.

The Optigraph is the latest tool to control rennet and characterize milk coagulation ability.
Zero maintenance
As
opposed to the Formagraph, the Optigraph does not have any moving parts.
Therefore, the measurement is not depending on the movement of a pendulum
that could affect the results.
Furthermore, readings are facilitated and done in real time by the software (no longer use of thermic paper) and possibility to print on the same graph measurements done at different moments).
The most complete information
Based on the fact that the Optigraph is saving the raw signal, you will be able to calculate, print, export and save and do all the data processing you can imagine. The user-friendly software (Windows 3.1, 95, 98 or NT) is already giving you different types of graphs that allow you to characterize your milk and your rennet.
A complete solution
Moreover, Ysebaert offers a complete coagulation solution using the Optigraph to define coagulation parameters in the Lab, and the MSC 1000 to control on-line the coagulation with its stainless steel probe.
