The MSC 1000 is the latest tool to help you to maintain the quality of your products constant. Developed in partnership with the INRA, the MSC 1000 is first measuring the coagulation time, then it gives the cutting time applying the coefficient set by the user for each type of production.

Easy to use

The MSC 1000 has been designed to answer the request of any type of cheese factory. Driven by a remote control, the results (coagulation time, cutting time, temperature.. ) are displayed on a small screen. The MSC 1000 or the MSC 1000 network can also be driven by the supervisor of the plant. The results are automatically stored and you can even automate all the process.

The probe (Stainless Steel 316L) is adaptable to any type of vat and allows CIP procedure.
